Cancellations
Your appointment is very important to me. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please be aware that cancellations or rescheduling made with less than 24 hours notice will result in a $50 charge.
Missed Appointments
In the event of a "No-Show" or missed appointment 50% of the reserved service amount will be charged. All Neuromodulator "Tox" appointments will be a $100 charge.
Late Arrivals
Please note that if you are 15 minutes late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it can not be completed in the remaining time available. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your reserved appointment time then that it is considered a "No Show "and will be treated as a missed appointment.
Children In The Studio
I understand that sometimes childcare can fall through. As a mom myself I can relate to these challenges! However, I do ask that your children not attend your treatment sessions. If appropriate they are more than welcome to have a seat in the waiting area. With that said I am also happy to reschedule your appointment to a more convenient time.
